30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
2. Receive your return authorization and shipping label
3. Package the item securely with all original materials
4. Ship the item back using the provided label
5. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Personal care items
• Food and beverage products
• Items marked as final sale
• Customized or personalized products
• Digital downloads

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective items or size/color changes. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping labels for defective items. For other returns, a $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
